Southview Court – Classic architecture – contemporary cool. The style and design are dynamic, the quality is first-rate and the location couldn’t be better. Southview Court is designed around our trademark open courtyard, featuring glass elevators and open glass pedways. Purchasers had a choice of over 11 one and two-bedroom floor plans. Each self-contained unit included a separate furnace, hot water tank and in-suite laundry. All suites have 10-foot ceilings, and floor to ceiling window systems for that spacious feeling. Other standard features include an upgraded appliance package, underground heated parking with extra storage, and 24-hour video security at each courtyard entrance.
